If all of us saw life with the same perspective, we could eliminate just about all of our conflict and we would all live happily ever after. Unfortunately, this is not and will not be our reality. Our reality is having to deal with a world filled with people that see things differently than you and I. Like it or not, that is what we have to deal with throughout our lives.

What are our options if we don't like what we are faced with? No matter how hard you try, there is no escaping. No one gets out of here unscathed. Life is beautiful, but also full of pitfalls and heartache. Just about all of our problems are a result of our inability to deal with other people.

Family seems to be the most difficult area of our lives that causes us the greatest amount of heartache. Just look at your family dynamics and you know what we're talking about. We all have expectations that others can't or won't meet, just as we can't or won't try to meet others' expectations.
